Terms and Conditions

Who we are
QuietBrowse is provided by Quiet Browse, trading as QuietBrowse. Business address: available on request. Contact: quietbrowse@proton.me.
Service and limits
QuietBrowse reduces known ad pop-ups and clearly promotional overlays and offers selected Pro cookie and YouTube video ad assistance. It does not speed up the video you choose or promise ad handling on other streaming sites. Some legitimate checkout, card-verification, sign-in and menu controls can resemble unwanted pop-ups. If an important control is missing, pause QuietBrowse on that site, reload and retry. Check that important actions complete correctly. We do not promise to block every advert, tracker, pop-up, cookie banner or video advert, and we do not bypass paywalls or access controls. QuietBrowse is independent of YouTube and Google. A site may restrict access when it detects ad blocking.
Subscriptions
Pro renews at the price and interval shown at checkout unless auto-renew is turned off. Stripe processes payments and the billing portal. A licence is for one person and one active browser or device unless we agree otherwise. Do not share, resell, publish or bypass a key or device limit.
Code recovery and security
Keep your activation code confidential. If you lose it, contact support from the checkout email and provide the invoice or subscription reference. While the subscription is active and verifiable, we may resend a secure recovery link or move the one active browser binding. Recovery is not available for an expired, refunded, charged-back or unverifiable subscription. We never ask you to email the full code.
Acceptable use and ownership
Do not use QuietBrowse unlawfully, interfere with systems, defeat authentication or paywalls, distribute malicious code, reverse engineer beyond what law permits, or abuse payment, activation or support processes. We own or license the extension, branding, code and documentation. You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profits, website or browser conflicts, or third-party failures. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
